Friendly professional services. Did a good job on the carpet cleaning. My only problem this time was that I was told we were going to be the first job in the morning and the technician would be there around 9. So I had someone go up early to meet them and they didn't get there until around 2. Late in the morning I did get a call saying they were running late. It would have been nice to know that the day before so that my husband would not have had to rearrange his day to be there early. Still I would recommend you I know things happen. My husband appreciated the attitude and helpfulness of the technician. Thank you

By far the best carpet cleaning I've ever had. The carpet had cat urine in one area . I had doubts that it could come out. I can't smell any cat urine anymore and I have a very sensitive nose. In addition to the great cleaning the rep was so kind and clean looking. If I had my own company he would be the type of person I would want working for me and representing my company. He explained how he was going to clean the carpet and how he was going to clean the area with the urine. Great Job!

Sorry for the delay in providing our assessment of your carpet services. I'll make up for it in my comments. First of all, your services have been consistent over the number of times we have had your cleanings. We love the way Brent Kent, our guy who was a by-name request, walked and surveyed the entire carpets to be cleaned. He always wore the protective shoe covers. The pre-spray was "spot"on. He moved quickly with the hoses and attachmnets and was putting the solution to work. Brent worked in the basement first, set some fans and then came upstairs. He worked quickly and thoroughly from the far back to the garage back door. It was like he cleaned as he went without compromising the carpet he had just finished. He came with the rug rake device and several fans and man did those carpets perk. The dirt was gone!! Brent probably spent three hours with us and he was as cool as a breeze when he finished. (Well maybe a little persperation). So in closing, we love the product, the professionalism of the technicians, (Brent) and of course the LOOK!! Thanks again Zerorez Spokane.
