I called last minute needing my carpet cleaned before having new furniture delivery during a move. They were able to get someone out within a half hour. My carpet was clean and dry for my new furniture delivery the next day. Great customer service from phone call to the cleaner walking out the door. Would definitely recommend!!

The techs arrived right on time. They thoroughly explained what they were going to do, approximately how long it would take and offered some additional treatments for the carpets that I was unaware of. No hard sell, just informative.

They worked diligently, never stopping to talk and when they were finished they asked me to look over the various rooms to make sure the cleaning was to my satisfaction. It was.

We thought we'd need to change the carpet in our new house asap but decided to get them cleaned so they would be sanitary until we could afford new flooring. After you came through, new flooring is suddenly at the back of our list!

They came back and re-cleaned my carpets for free. It brought up a smoke smell the first time. They came back re-cleaned and it smelled better.
