Tech was very professional and friendly. Took time to explain everything. I had carpet cleaning, upholstery and an area rug that had to be taken to be cleaned. He did a great job.

What I liked most was the technician tried really hard to get the stains out and was successful. And these were tough stains.

We used a another carpet cleaner a few months ago and they told us that the stains in the carpet was due to wear. We didn't really buy their explanation but thought if you couldn't remove them, we would have to buy a new carpet. Without adding anything special to the spots, they came clear. Thank you for a superb service.

I like the online scheduling and the follow-up that is conducted by Zerorez. I felt that my service tech (Austin) was respectful of my house and my carpet that was pretty nasty prior to him coming. The floors turned out wonderfully and looked revitalized.

I like having my carpets clean. I like having the stairway cleaned. I think the Zero-Rez part means that your products don't leave a residue. If that is correct I like that too.
