Friendly and professional staff and my carpets look like new again.
Just had my air ducts cleaned. The service tech was amazing. He took the time to explain every detail to us. He used his phone to video the before and after results. He had another big job scheduled for the same day but did not rush our job at all. I can't say enough about our experience and the end results which is that I have some very clean air ducts. I got the 50% discount special they were running so 24 vents roughly $330.00 and that was 4 hours of labor.

Timely good service with quality
My Zerorez technician Patrick arrived at the beginning of the service window time frame. He was friendly and personable. He checked out all the carpeted areas to be cleaned in my house. He used his black light to highlight any pet accidents that could be present for me. We agreed pre treating would be best, and he got right to work. Just like your commercials state, he wore protective shoe covers, used corner guards to protect my walls, and did a Fan-tastic job! We are So pleased with the results! It's nice to know we have a cleaner, healthier home now, thanks to Patrick, and some Zerorez magic! Next time I plan to add in the tile cleaning service!

It did leave a horrible smell this time like old wet towels or something. And that has never happened before. The guy did a great job and now that the carpet is dry the stinky smell is going away.
