When I scheduled the appointment online, I received a quick response. The technician showed up on time, went right to work and performed pretty much a miracle. I had thought that the living room rug was pretty much trashed--now it's just pretty.
The technicians are very knowlegable.Our house is old and some doorways presented a problem but the tech was a great problem solver. He was very courteous and left things as they were. I use Zerorez for carpets and ducts and will certainly continue.
