Excellent customer service and quality work
The carpet cleaning service I have received from Zerorez (both houses) has been of exceptional quality. While it is more expensive than most other options, in my opinion the quality of service I receive is well worth the investment. I would not hesitate to recommend them (and often have).
I love your service because you don't use soap. I also have been very pleased with the service people that have been to my home the last two times. On the 14th of May, I had Will. He was great. Very personable and a pleasure to have in my home. He did an awesome job on my carpets. I will never let anyone but Zerorez clean my carpets.

The tech that came out to our house was professional and polite. He clearly explained all of the available products, but didn't try to push me into buying anything I didn't want. Todd and Sean were very nice, respectful and did a great job on the carpet. They managed to get out several stains that really worried me. Very pleased with the results.
Your customer service was outstanding. We had requested service for our carpets and one large upholstered chair/ottoman. The chair was older and had some stains and sweat marks. The first service tech that came got the request all wrong and the chair/ottoman looked awful. He did a fine job on the carpets, but we were dissatisfied with the upholstered chair set.
I spoke with Kim Novak and she sent another, more experienced tech out, today, 5-21-18. Both techs were very pleasant and the more experienced tech did a great job on our chair, finally! They did this at no charge and really worked with us.
I would recommend Zerorez to any Family or friends. They truly do quality work and they care!

Easy to make an appointment. Cleaning started on time
Our service tech was awesome. We had a spot on the carpet from a plant that had been over watered. He had sprayed the location and told yes to let it dry and vacuum the area later that day. We did vacuum the spot and the stain was almost good. We have had two other cleaning services and neither could get the stain out. We will definitely use Zerorez for any future carpet cleaning.
Zerorez is easy to get a hold of, easy to schedule and they come out when they say they will. They do a great job and even came out the following day to check on their work. A+ service! Thanks Zerorez!
