Set appt time, reconfirmed and was there at the specified time. Tech was professional, did a walk through to determine scope of work, any stains/pet issues, and then laid out the hoses, etc, necessary. Completed the job (living room and hallway) in about 30 minutes. Very impressed. Looked great. Gave me some instructions as to when I could replace area rugs, furniture, etc. Would highly recommend.
