Shawn does a awesome job on are carpets at Cathedral.
Patrick was professional and efficient. The carpets looked great when he was finished and I was happy that he was able to do the sofa and chair at the same time. He protected the corners of the rooms with plastic guards to keep them from damage while using his equipment, and paid extra detail to especially soiled areas. I would highly recommend. Zerorez.

I love how it dries so fast after cleaning carpets. I just had couch and loveseat cleaned. Dry next morning. Looks great. Nice fresh smell after cleaning rugs and furniture. Love the softness in carpet.

The service technician was polite and professional. The carpets look beautiful.
The only issue was that I got a call the day I was waiting on the cleaner telling me my husband answered my phone and cancelled the appointment....which for 1 I dont have a husband, and for 2 I am the only one who answers my phone so after I explained that the guy said ok well he will be late, on the far end of the call spectrum.
The cleaner did an excellent job, and was friendly and kind.
I like how thorough AJ was at cleaning our carpets. In the past we have used Zerorez but the cleaning was done so fast and not up to our expectations!
