I had Zeroez in to clean both my house and my aunt's apartment. They did an amazing job! My aunt's berber carpet had the darkest, biggest stains that appeared to be from a decade of walking greasy shoes across a beige carpet. The huge, dark stains are GONE! Even the technician was shocked at the difference since he had stated before starting that the stains would look better, but would not be gone. I was most pleased by the difference in my bathroom's white tile floor. They managed to get my dark grey looking grout to be white again! Even my 15 year old son noticed the huge improvement. My aunt's kitchen linoleum had just been hand scrubbed by the cleaner, still showing a wear pattern in her high traffic area, but Zerorez made it look new again. This was so worth it. Thank you!!

So many things. First is Michael. He is the best. What a great technician. He explained everything to us and completed a fabulous job on our carpets. We had two very bad areas which our 19 year old cat decided to use instead of her litter box. I was beside myself with the damage it was dong to our carpets. Michael worked on those troubled spots with your exclusive way of getting down to the pad and removing all the urine and odor. We could not be more pleased. I thought I would need to replace our carpeting. Carpets look like new again. We also love the way the carpets are not soaking wet when you are finished cleaning them. Yes they are damp but dry within hours unlike a previous time when the carpets were sloppy wet for a couple of days with another company.

Fast and very clean

I love the three step cleaning process and the care taken by the employees when they are in our home. The carpets are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized and they dry very quickly. The employees are very conscientious, informative, and respectful.
