The people are always friendly and they work hard to get you exactly what you want. They have been able to work miracles on some of our problem spots.

Thank you very much for the great service. Josh did a great job on our carpet very efficient and clean. The best job we've had so far. We had a few stairs to clean along with the landing and the livingroom. Even though the job wasn't huge he was able to focus more on getting the job well done. I think I will get my house cleaned in stages from now on. Next, we will have the bedrooms done then another set of stairs and the basement living room. We will be asking for your services in the near future.

Our Zerorez representative was so thorough and pleasant about the entire spiff-up process. The master bath tile is refreshed and the grout has been restored to its original color. The master bedroom carpet would sparkle if it could express its cleanliness in such a fashion.

Our technician, Stan Kowalewski was great! He was on time, very personable and knowledgeable. He pointed out some pet stains and gave us our options, but wasn't pushy in any way. Our carpets looked great after he left and dried quickly. We were very happy with our service.

I was waiting at my neighbors home for her Zerorez appointment and had an opportunity to chat with a very personable, informed and competent provider named Miichael Coleman who explained the process to me and took the time to patiently answer my questions. He asked if I might be interested and said he would take a look and give me an estimate to help me decide if I wanted the service. He was very complimentary of the company, his work team and your product and represented Zerorez well.

I did decide to use your service and was highly impressed that he was able to fit me into his schedule and provided such quality service. He did not rush us in any way and I cannot express how pleased we were with his service and your product. We had a "stain" on our carpet and he pre-treated it and was able to get it out. It has not returned and our carpet still looks and feels like it was just cleaned.

We will be using your services again and will request Michael Coleman - while hoping that he is unavailable because he has been promoted!

Dried quickly, natural ingredients

The tech was great. He did 2 carpets and some tile. Everything looks beautiful. He was efficient and very nice.

The technician wore booties in my house, and he was very polite. He spent a great deal of time getting stains out of my furniture. It is a light tan set of microfiber suede, and it was showing every bit of dust and dirt from being stored and moved.

The technician was both friendly and knowledgeable. He removed some deep stains from the carpet and did it professionally. They may not be the least expensive carpet cleaners, but are probably the best, and I'm willing to pay for a quality cleaning.

They came when they said they would and they did a great job.
