Stan was our service tech on Wed. Jan.2, he was very professional, and conscientious in approach to our cleaning needs. He was very thorough and good at his job. He provided us some additional information regarding maintaining our newly cleaned upholstery. We would have him in our home anytime.

Christian did an incredible job! He was very thorough as he cleaned our flooring, and he insured that we were getting the most bang for our buck by offering specials for maximum rooms cleaned.

The whole experience was great as we had an appointment scheduled on the same day we called in! Zerorez was awesome for us! Thank you!

Jason was very professional, personable and thorough. Carpets were like new but the extracted water was still dirty. Carpets dried within 24 hours. A bit expensive though.

The service was incredibly quick and the technician was very nice and professional. He was able to answer all my questions and he made sure to take the time to ensure his work was quality. He did a black light check before and after the cleaning. Would recommend ZeroRez to anyone looking to get their carpets professionally cleaned.
