Came to appointment on time with 2 calls ahead of time updating timeline. Very conscientious, courteous and knowledgeable technician. Excellent results on the upholstery cleaning of our recliner and 2 bar stools.

I have had Zerorez come and clean my ducts and they did a fantastic job. I just recently had them clean my carpet at the technician did an amazing job. Very friendly and professional.

Showed up on time! Had heating ducts cleaned and Austin was very knowledgeable about it, even took before and after video of the ducts. Took less time than estimated.

I think your methods do a nice job of getting my carpets clean. Most. Importantly however, I think Ammon does a great job as a technician. I fully trust him to do a thorough excellent job. When I get the rest of my carpets cleaned I will specifically request him. It’s refreshing to have a service person in your home whom you trust. Thanks Ammon for doing your job so well.
