Very polite and hard working staff. They did a great job and in a lot less time than I would have imagined. Even though they worked fast they were careful around furniture. A big plus was being on time so we didn't have to wait around wondering when they would arrive. Carpets look great!

The carpet technician James Stovern was prompt, called ahead, and arrived within the designated time window assigned to our home. He explained everything very thoroughly. He demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and we will be requesting him personally the next time we require services.

This company always does a great job and the people doing it are pleasant and knowledgeable. I have no other first hand experience of carpet cleaning or air duct cleaning services to compare it to, and I don't plan on it. I plan on using zerorez for any future needs.
