Our service tech arrived early and was very friendly. He seemed to be knowledgeable and a hard worker. He was here about an hour (we didn't have that much area that was being cleaned, and our carpets weren't overly dirty) and I think he did a good job. The carpets were dry by the end of the night and look good.

The Zerorez tech was able to get a big stubborn stain out of our carpet.

We had our ducts cleaned and sprayed with the antimicrobial solution. Austin who did the service was very professional, efficient, informative and a pleasure to work with. It has dramatically reduced the amount of dust accumulation that we had previously experienced. I would highly recommend this service and if possible for Austin to do the work!

We were very pleased with the service provided by Zerorez in March 2019. They cleaned our heating ducts and return air vents, the interior of the furnace and applied an antimicrobial fog. The service technician was professional, organized and knowledgeable. We are breathing better with a much cleaner air and would highly recommend Zerorez.

This is my first time using them. They were on time friendly and my carpet looked great. Added the protection coating so will see how it works over time. Drying time was short so could move back in sooner.

We made an appointment with Zerorez because of radio adds we had heard. The company has very good communication from appointment to follow up. I did like the result very much. I believe the carpets dried faster due to their process than with other companies we have used. The service people were very professional and did s great job. We are very satisfied.
