Everything about my Zerorez experience was exceptional. I procrastinated scheduling an appointment but was able to secure a next day appointment online. My husband and I were very impressed with the technician we had, Stan. Stan was professional and very personable. He was kind and attentive to our dogs and very respectful of our home. He did an excellent and thorough job of cleaning our carpets. I would not hesitate to recommend Zerorez and Stan in particular to anyone in need of carpet cleaning.

The 2 technicians, Patrick & Lucas were fabulous!! Very informative! They were professional, friendly and very thorough. Our carpets are about 30 yrs old and when they were finished, our carpets looked brand new!! I will definitely use Zeroez again in the future!
