I like that your technicians have always been very friendly and professional. You have always let us know when they would be there and they have always done a good job. The only thing that I didn't like the last time was that after the carpet was cleaned I called back with a question. It was about 4 and there was no one there that could answer my question and I did not get a call back the next day. I finally figured out the answer for myself.
The gentlemen doing the work were very nice and did a wonderful job. I had thought about replacing carpet but realized I didn’t have to once they were done spot treating and cleaning.
There’s no harsh chemicals, it drys fast and doesn’t stink up my house!!

My husband and I were very impressed with the technician we had, Stan. Stan was professional and very personable. He was kind and attentive to our dogs and very respectful of our home. The 2 technicians, Patrick & Lucas were fabulous!! Very informative! They were professional, friendly and very thorough. Our carpets are about 30 yrs old and when they were finished, our carpets looked brand new!! I will definitely use Zeroez again in the future!
