He gave us some options and we picked what would be best in our situation. Our carpets came out beautiful!! Our technician was patient in answering all questions and he did an awesome job. Stan did the best job ever from Zerorez.
I asked him what 'that' machine was. He was the first one to use the big vacuum and I've had the carpet cleaned from Zerorez about 3 or 4 times. He spent extra time on the dirtiest spots and those areas look great. Stan was also the first to put on booties right away, not waiting for a walk through to be done. I will absolutely request Stan again!

Zerorez did a great job cleaning my carpet. The carpet was very worn and dirty but when the technician finished it looked ten times better. The carpet felt clean and fluffy again which I honestly did not think was possible. The stains were gone and the carpet was bright. I would highly recommend them!
