I had a noon appointment. Stan showed up at noon. Stan informed me of the benefits of their products, and the process. Stan was professional and worked tirelessly. I was amazed at the quality of the product as I watched the change. My carpets are now clean. Zerorez now has my complete trust. Not only were their prices competitive, but the price that was quoted, was the price I was charged. There were no arbitrary charges added, once they arrived.

However, I shouldn't have to remind the service man to protect my wood floor in the hallway. I also feel like service men are told to "sell" more services.

Dominic did an excellent job on our carpet. He was professional and friendly and worked very hard on several areas that needed extra attention.

Appointment setting was easy and seamless. Service time was communicated well. The technician was polite and accommodating as well as efficient. Really a pretty good experience. I would have put a 10 on there but we were sold a "protectant" and I'm not certain it was necessary. Time will tell.

The carpet came out great ! A little wet in area but just in the heavy traffic area, I'm sure just from repeat cleaning. We will be using Zerorez again.

First time using Zerorez, will defiantly use them from now on for carpet cleaning. Technician was great! Cleanest my carpets have been after using other carpet cleaner companies that couldn't get stains out. My carpets look and feel new and no stains at all! Great experience.
