Zerorez Did an amazing job with our carpets. We used the the first time 3 years ago to clean our carpets moving to our first house we purchased.
We have kids messy kids. That being said the carpets were not just dirty but practically ruined from spills and kids being kids. We also had a pipe burst this last winter and some residual water had made it on to a two of the bed rooms carpets.
Zerorez technician AJ did an awesome job cleaning the carpets! Literally took them from a dark grey to an actual white!! I know kinda disgusting on our part, but I honest didn't realize they were that bad...
I recommend using the antibacterial spray and the carpet sealer which are additional services but totally worth it!
I called Saturday morning and asked for servics. Ammon came out early afternoon. He really listened and understood what I was asking for. I like how clean the carpets feel when they have been cleaned. The people who clean the carpet are very thoughtful, they put corner guards on the corner of the walls so the hoses and machines do not hit the corners of the walls, they wear booties over there shoes. I love that they look for spots that need special attention. They do an all round great job. Yes I would recommend Zerorez to friends and family.
I appreciated the call to let me know that the technician was on his was. He was friendly. Got right to work. Wasn’t pushy about any “extra “ services available. Explained them to me, but didn’t push me into doing anything. He stuck with the job and finished in a timely manner. Nice job.

After a water pipe burst and all was repaired, Zerorez came out to shampoo the carpets. The young man who did the work was absolutely amazing. He knew exactly what to do, and told me things about my carpeting I had never known. In a short amount of time, he had everything shampooed and smelling great!! I don't remember the name of the man who came out, but I hope Zerorez has a record of who did the work, and let him know how wonderful our experience was with him. I would definitely call Zerorez again.
