The technician was amazing. He took his time and was very thorough and the carpets look great. He didn’t try to up sell me, was respectful and courteous. I haven’t used your company in a while and went to another company because the previous technicians did a super fast cleaning after I declined all the up selling and the carpets looked terrible. I decided to try again because of the special you were having and so happy I did! Because of the technician that came to my house I will be using your company again!

I have always liked Zerorez. I have been a customer for quite a few years. Recently, I had my carpets cleaned. The next day, I noticed a few spots that I was surprised were still there.

Zerorez offered to come back out and reclean the spots for no additional fee. I was surprised. I didn't even pay attention that they had a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.

A technician came back and gave the spots a little more attention and they are gone.

The technician was professional and knowledgeable. The results of your carpet cleaning was noticeable. Historically I have rented a carpet shampooer, purchased the accompanying cleaning products and lugged all of it from and to the store. Then doing the cleaning work itself, and frequently changing the water. In contrast having Zerorez do the work is well worth it!

The person

The service person was polite and professional. He protected the corners of my doors and spaces where his hoses would rub and, therefore, not be damaged. He also asked that I look over the job he did to make sure I was satisfied before he left. I will use Zerorez again as needed.

They were friendly, complete and respectful. They followed the Covid guidelines which made our family feel at ease. The appointment was rather easy and not very time consuming and they took the time to humor our 4 year old with all of her silly questions and comments.
