They were very conscious of my allergies 2 dust & smells. I'm sure the products they used r very green & a high percentage of people love them. I'm VERY sensitive 2 scents, so a lot less, would hav been better for me. I'm glad I had these do the work. The ducts r much cleaner. Thank u very much. I probably won't have the extra service in 3 yrs, because of the smell. For me only, it's way over the top.

The house carpet is clean and smells great. All of the junk and stains got lifted out of an old carpet. Much appreciated.

The only reason you don't get a 10 was because the carpet took almost 24 hours to dry out instead of 4 to 8 hours.

Ok, when I am wrong, I say I am wrong. I work for a business and to say our job scheduled through the business for a client was a mass of misunderstanding and communication issues is an understatement. Melanie took the time to research all that was said on both sides and figured out what the problem was. She called me and we discussed how they do business and how we do business and came up with a plan of action for the future. I did not have any issue with quality of work, it was all communication related. On our part we definitely had too many cooks in the kitchen. I also learned some things about zero-rez ... they also clean grout, vinyl, ducts, and I believe she named a couple of other things. The most important thing I learned was they have top notch customer service and I don't care how good a job is done it always comes down to customer service as the deciding factor whether to use a company again. Using zero-rez again is a definite YES.
