I have Zerorez clean my carpet every year. I got the protective coating and the carpet looks great from year to year. The guys who do the cleaning have always been polite and considerate, as well as doing a super job on the carpet.

Travis was very polite and did a great job. My only complaint was that I would have got a phone call for what time about, he was going to arrive. Also I wish I understood that the on line bill was only an estimate. I was not prepared to pay 55.00 more.

The fact that you arrive on time, give an estimate of time it will take for the service, and then get it done. The technicians that come are always very courteous, and knowledgeable about their tasks. I appreciate the extra care if added sanitizing after before and after, and that your technician wore a mask the future time he was in our home.
