The team is professional and thorough. They used to only have 1 guy come out and it took 3 times as long. I liked it this 2 team approach this time because it was much faster and a much better job because they took turns and worked in tandem, they were great! He carpets dried faster and looked cleaner. One person has a hard time keeping consistency throughout, it's exhausting but 2 men traded off and it was amazing! Faster cleaner and dryer. I'd like this same team every time.

Our technician was clearly well trained. He did a nice job, and was a nice kid.
The tech did a very good job. The dogs havnt sniffed and peed anywhere since he cleaned the carpet so he did a great job at getting the old owners per smells out of the carpet. We are all much happier with clearer sinuses as well, it made a huge difference in the air quality in the house.

After the carpets and stairs were cleaned and dried, my wife and I could not believe the extent to which these 15-year old floors looked new again. Better cleaning than we had ever imagined.
