Your representatives are very courteous and thoughtful. I am completely satisfied with your service. SORRY, I have been having a problems with my e-mail. This is the third time I have tried to tell you how satisfied I am. Zerorez is the only carpet cleaners I have do my carpets.
The job was completed in a much shorter time than I expected and it is BEAUTIFUL. This carpet never looked better! Might I add that the technician who did the work was efficient, well informed and was very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions. I am 150% satisfied and have already recommended your service to a friend.
I don't mind you using my words but I am reluctant to have my name used in publicity releases. I avoid social media like the plague because I just don't want my name "out there" any more than it already is. Sorry.
However, if people you speak to in person want to speak to a customer you may let them contact me directly but please no general publicity releases.
Twice the technician arrived without the equipment to do the job. This last time he was here an hour and a half before he even started. A job I expected to take an hour took three plus hours.

In the deal, we were supposed to get a gift card to provo beach. We never received it. The cleaner didn't bring one with them. And offer an extra service instead of telling me about something and adding it to my bill and making me say no take that off. Pushy selling.
I paid extra to have pet urine removed from our 3 lbs dog. they have tried removing it twice now and the carpet still smells like urine. I was told it would come out but it just brought it to the surface so the smell is even stronger.
A little more work getting some of the stains out. These stains weren't even that bad of stains but it doesn't seem like any work was done to try to get them out.
I was so amazed at the incredible job that was done on my carpet. Chris Sorensen paid 100% to detail I was so glad he came to do the job. My carpets are like new. Thanks Chris you are a HERO.
He was here on time and did a wonderful job of cleaning the carpet. He also explained why some spots didn't look as clean as the others and I was satisfied with his explanations.

The edges of the carpeting in for its and next to the walls weren't cleaned in about half of the areas. Can those be cleaned?
They did not make my house smell bad for days. Jimmie was very respectful of my home, me and my dog.
