Zerorez is thoughtful about coming in your home with putting foot covers on their shoes. Good at explaining & showing what needs to be done. Zerorez has an effective cleaning process. Their representatives are well trained and efficient.

Just double check and go over a second time the tough stains. I had to leave and was unable to check carpet. The master bedroom had two areas that should have been gone over again. There is a weird stripe of dirt down bedroom hallway which is very noticeable and bothersome

Tech left the carpets much, much too wet! It took 2 days for the carpets to dry out! Also, the Tech broke a blue glass radiometer that was hanging above the kitchen sink! This was purchased years ago at a gift shop in Zions National Park. The Tech never said a word about breaking it. He was the only one in the house at that time, so it wasn't broken by someone else; and I didn't discover it until after he drove away. The least he could have done was own up to his mistake!

The technicians are experts at what they do. They have an eye for detail and ensure my home is taken care of. They protect my walls and corners and wipe up any drop of water that ends up on the hardwood. They are courteous, professional and knowledgeable.

Use a better product to protect my carpets from future stains..... the MicroSeal has a nasty smell for about 18 hours and you should warn your customers... there are better ways to protect like super hydrophobic coatings! MicroSeal is pale compaired to super hydrophobic coatings.

Prices is comparable to other carpet-cleaning services, but a better value for not leaving residue and build up.

I had a pet pee in a room and it smelled horrible. You guys wanted to charge me 300 dollars worth of product to clean a small room and area to get smell out. I paid 75 dollars for one gallon and they told me it would take 3 gallons for a very small room. I’m not about to pay almost 300 dollars for a very small room. That’s unbelievable. Also what’s the point of having your carpets cleaned with steam if it doesn’t get the job done in the first place. Pet smells is not a new thing and to be charged an arm and a leg for a small room to clean up urine smell is ridiculous. So I still have the smell because honestly they spent hardly any time in the room and were very quick about it so of course you can imagine it didn’t have time to get the smell out. And they claim one gallon wasn’t enough product for that area. I call rip off. Very disappointed in the service this time. It’s better smelling then what it was but there shouldn’t be a smell anymore at all. Not worth the money you charge. I doubt I will use your company in the future as you feel it’s oky to over charge for cleaning solutions. There are so many companies to choose from that I’m sure wouldn’t charge nearly that much to get the smell out.
