I LOVE how clean my carpets are!! It is amazing!! Our technician was Matt and he did a great job!! He was careful, detail-oriented, not in a rush or hurry to get the job done, worked hard to remove the stains, he educated us about carpet fibers, and how to clean plus protect them. He didn’t put any pressure on us to upgrade the services we had chosen. He just let us know what our options were. We were very impressed with Matt, his service, and caring nature!! This was the first time I had used Zerorez and I was very pleased with the results. I have heard them advertised on KSL radio for years and I decided to give them a try. Our technician was Gus and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I hope they look as nice in 6 months as they do today. The proof will be if the old stains don't bounce back. First name removed

Walking around barefoot on my newly cleaned tile floors, I still feel like there was something on them and left my feet dirty. I re-vacuumed and mopped them.
But at least most of the grout was cleaner.

Technician tried to charge me more $ AFTER the job was complete. If there was a problem with the bid, and he felt like an adjustment was needed, it should have been discussed and agreed upon before he started the job.
