I was at work and my husband was home. Since I was paying with a card, the Technician called me and explained the charges. I chose my service and he sent me a link so I could pay with my card before he started working. My husband said the Technician was professional, explained each step, and did a great job. When I came home, the carpet was beautiful! Fabulous result at a reasonable price.
