The Technician that came, "Hector" was very good. He was polite, quick and seemed confident that he could get the odor out this time and he did. It dried quickly and I don't smell it any longer. I like the fact that there are no issues with water being moved throughout the house during the cleaning process. Also appreciate the quickness of the entire process.
There was some product used to take spots out of the carpet and it amazingly worked. I was impressed.

Carpet dried quickly and there was no chemical smell. Carpet looks great in all rooms except for one area in living room around reading chair which still has a couple of dark spots on it. Perhaps grease or dirt that did not come out? Any ideas for my getting more of the stain out?
