I was a salesman/decorator in the flooring business for 20 years. I saw many disasters in the manner in which clients cleaned their carpets and preached to them to NOT rent a machine and do it themselves...leave it to the professionals...ones we recommended. Zerorez came to this area about the time I left that business. Had I stayed in the business I would have recommended them to my clients but have to friends and neighbors many times over the years.
