Service was quick. Carpets appear clean. However, I did not. Like the fact that you do not move small furniture like storage benches or coffees tables so you may clean under them. I can understand not moving larger furniture items.
Products are environmentally safe and effective. Products seem to retore pristine appearance of my carpet. My last service person (I have service no less than every six months), was friendly and professionally informative.
I was very pleasantly surprised at the way my carpets came out. I have used Stanley Steamers for yrs and did not get the results that Zerorez did. House looks amazing and smells great as well. The technician was great and tried to help with problem areas. Took the time and attention to detail. Will definitely use them again and recommend to everyone. Thanks again.
