Professional representation, called to remind me of my appointment, called to let me know they were on the way. Carpet cleaner than with past companies with exception of set in stains which will not come up. Carpet dried quicker than with past companies and there was no heavy scent lingering in the air after they were finished. Offered additional service (upholstery cleaning) which I agreed to, and I am SO glad I did!

I really like that the carpets are cleaned without soaps that leave a sticky residue. The gentleman who provided the service was extremely professional. He called me 15 minutes prior to arriving. He pretreated my carpet with a special Enzyme because of my 2 small dogs. He took about 15 minutes in each area (not rushing the work). He agreed to clean my area rugs which were not on my original order. I also received a 10% discount for the food drive which is great that your company is helping the community!

The Zerorez technicians showed up on time, did a great job, and did it quickly. And the results were great! I had had an indoor dog who developed bladder problems as he got older, and my carpets really showed evidence of that. But Zerorez treated the spots, and now my carpets look great again!
