On time, polite and carpet cleaning was great.
After an unsatisfactory first cleaning, Zerorez contacted me the same day of my survey to ask me what was wrong and how could they rectify the situation. The second cleaning was quickly scheduled, and the second cleaning lived up to my expectations. The tech Chris (I believe that was his name) was knowledgable, diligent and eager to 'get it right' this time, which he did!

The only criticism we have is that communication with the call center on the day of service was somewhat frustrating. We were not called until 1pm to let us know that our scheduled 12 - 3pm service window was running at least 2 hours behind. Since we were running on a tight schedule yesterday, and since both have jobs that only allow us to schedule service appointments on the weekends, we were bummed that we were going to have to wait another week to get the carpet cleaned. At any rate, the delayed arrival estimate turned out to be incorrect ant the technician showed up well within the time window and was very efficient and friendly.
Perhaps allowing direct communication between the technician and the customer, for providing arrival time estates on the day of service, might help to cutdown on miscommunication, customer confusion and wasted time for the customer. Just a thought.

Price and service
Services were fine. The technician did a great job and provided good customer service. However, I don't think he was told that I had stubborn carpet stains that I wanted treated and he did not have the specific equipment needed. He did the best he could with what he had. I would like to talk to someone about coming back out to work on those stains using the necessary equipment.
