Kevin did a great job and was very thorough and cared about doing a great job. There was a mixup on the duct cleaning that we ordered and he did not have the machine to clean the ducts. He had one delivered so that he could complete our order in one visit.

Actually I was very satisfied, except for a few dark spots that remained in the grouting after drying. I wouldn't mind but they are obvious to me. Everything else is great! Please let me know if there is something I can do to make the marks cleaner. Thank you!

This is the 2nd time we've used Zerorez. David did a great job and was very friendly. Not sure if it was because of the rainy day but it took much longer for the carpet to dry, 12-15 hours. We didn't put furniture back until this am. Thanks

We would like to thank Zerorez for doing such a great Job on our carpet. The service/technician name Amil was awesome and extremely knowledgeable of not only cleaning carpets but every aspects of the home. He was extremely helpful and has definitely fulfilled our exceptions. My husband is an On Air Personnel for The Light 103.9 and plans to shout out Zerorez and our technician (Amil) on the radio. We will absolutely recommend Zerorez and will continue to use them for future services.

The service worked as advertised. Matt, the technician, did a great job cleaning the carpets even with a lot of old pet stains. I would recommend this service to anyone that needs old or new pet stains removed from their carpets, before replacing them.
