Our technician was incredibly aware of the cleaning process and checked our couches to ensure they were suitable for wet cleaning, before beginning. As it turns out, our couches are "dry clean only" and instead of proceeding and possibly staining them, Matt instead offered to clean our floors before leaving and everything looks great!

The technicians (Hector and Shawn) arrived during the appointment time frame. Both were friendly and worked efficiently. Unfortunately, they were unable to fully remove a stain caused by fingerprint powder from our carpet. But the rest of the carpet looks great. I will definitely call Zerorez again when I need your services.

It is not a wet cleaning and furniture can be placed back in approximately 6 hours. Personnel is always courteous and efficient.
