The technician was courteous and honest as he discussed what he could and couldn't do for tile cleaning and what he attempted and what he could not clean. I was very appreciative of the service and the carpet cleaning was what I expected from Zerorez since this is the 3rd time I have used the service. Very happy with the carpets and happy with the progress that was made on the tile - better than it was!!

We even got a discount due to the limits of the tile cleaning.

I like the fact that there were no harsh chemicals and smelly shampoos to contend with after the job was done. The tech was very knowledgeable about the process and explaining the alkalinization process you guys use. Plus the carpet looked great.

Great technician who provided a Thorough job; He Educated homeowner about service. He was very courteous and respectful. He worked diligently to get rid of stubborn spots. We are repeat customers who have only used Zerorez since we built our home. We have used other companies in past homes who used different cleaning solutions which left a residue which meant that the carpet got dirty faster. The home has no odor after carpets are cleaned. Just a top service.

Shawn was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I had some brown spots on my carpet after cleaning and he returned to clean and explained why I had this problem.
