However, I was a tad disappointed that the employee had to return to the company, because the water wasn't issuing through the machine as expected. Which delayed the completion of the job.

We were extremely pleased with the results? We had a residue stain around the room the edges of our room and the technician successfully got rid of the stain. He then cleaned the rest of the carpet. It turned out great!
I would also like to comment about the person that did the work for us . I believe his name was Thomas, I hope I have that right. My husband and I both were so pleased with his attitude, and his excellent customer service approach. He is a great employee for Zerorez!

You did an very nice job cleaning the house for my parents - 10132 Goodview Ct, Raleigh. Many stubborn stains came out - but a few new stains (brown rings) appeared. One of them was removed the 2nd time around. The last one remains - unfortunately. Your staff was friendly, prompt and professional.

I thought the customer service was great. Jennifer gentry raved about the product and helped get me all set up for my appointment. Allen, our technician was beyond polite and nice to our baby. He worked so hard I saw the sweat beading off his face and that let me know he was trying his hardest to do his best. He was knowledgable about the product and very personable. We would use zerorez again and 100% ask for him by name to be our tech again. I can't say enough good things about him!
