Efficiency, professionalism, and really, really clean carpets. The technicians were in, out and done in an hour (thee rooms for $99) a bargain. As for negatives, there were added fees for spot cleaning, and a service fee of $10.00. This should have been explained up front. I, however, am satisfied with the job.

Very professional - worked fast - excellent results!
Your staff was professional and courteous, and gave me fair warning the gentleman who was cleaning our carpet was going to be very late. However, I did not enjoy being told THAT day he would be coming outside of the 3-5pm window frame closer to 4pm. From what I understand you had an employee "call out" and stuck my outstanding gentleman with 6 homes, mine being the last. I would imagine you all could have a better system than that. All in all an excellent experience for the price and service, I would recommend it to friends.
