I liked the idea that he arrived in a timely manner and explained everything he was going to do. He also addressed any concerns I had. The job was finished in a couple of hours and I was able to run my errands.

I was not there when they cleaned, however they did a good job. They called when they were on the way and they called when the left.

My carpet had many stains on it from keeping my grandchildren. The Zerorez employee was able to get out every stain. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about carpet cleaning.

Matt was very prompt; he even called to let me know his approximate arrival time while enroute to our house. The cleaning process was excellent; my kitchen tile hasn't been so clean in years! Setting of the initial appointment with the office was rather frustrating but I really liked the technicians who came out to my home to clean my carpets. They were very friendly and did an amazing job!
