Rugs and carpets look great after their Zerorez cleaning. They are able to get out pet stains and make the carpet look like new.
The quality of service.
The person that came to the house to clean the carpets did a great job. However, the person that scheduled the call misquoted me a price and I ended up paying $60 more than what I was quoted on the phone. The man that cleaned the carpets made several phone calls to the office in order to make sure I was satisfied. I was satisfied with his work and customer service but I was not happy about paying more, especially when I was told there was a special going on for the exact room count of my house and the initial amount I was quoted.
