Our team member brought out a machine that got dirt deep down into the carpet to come to the surface. No other team member has ever used this tool. We were VERY impressed because we have used Zerorez several times.
Derrick was very helpful in explaining the cleaning process. He arrived on time and called ahead to let me know when he would be here. Our carpets look great, there is no chemical odor. I am very pleased with my experience with Zerorez.

At first I was not pleased with the cleaning and sealing of our tile in the hall. I called the office and was told that if I did not like the results after it dried they would come do it again.
