Our technician, Greg [I believe is his name], was excellent. Not only was he courteous, but he took the time to discuss with me the plan I had arranged on the telephone nearly a month earlier. He did not try to upsell me, which if you read reviews online about any type of home service, usually it's a complaint about technician trying to upsell (I had that with a carpet guy once). Greg worked hard and the carpet looks great. Easy no-hassle.
