Technicians are always very polite and professional. The carpet always looks brand new when they get finished.
Cleans my carpets very well but I would instruct the tech not to leave the front door wide open during the process and not to drip the pretreatment on the floors he is not cleaning, especially the wood floors. Solution is very strong and could ruin floors. Zerorez was at my neighbors a couple days after they cleaned my house and again left their front door wide open during the whole process. Hope they did not drip the solution all over in their house. Never had the happen before.

It's incredible how clean my carpets look. Diffucult stains were lifted: ink, paint, juice spills etc. It is also amazing how good my house smells afterward. I am a customer for life!
