I had not had my carpet professionally cleaned in 15 yrs., and they were pretty bad; so I didn't expect them to look like new. I was sooooooooooooo pleasantly surprised, i barely have words. My carpet looks good, feels good, and smells fresh!! I am pretty specific about my expectations and Zerorez exceeded them! Believe me, that says a lot!

I've used Zerorez at least 4 times and every, I mean every time, the service men are the Most professional, courteous, and conscientious, guys I have met. I have never had a bad experience, they communicate well as it relates to their arrival and the overall quality it better than I would expect. I am having them clean 15 yr old carpets with heavy dog traffic, if you know what I mean. Each time when they are through, I always tell my wife, "We can wait a little longer to replace the flooring"! lol.
