On time, courteous and very competent associate who did the work, estimate of costs clearly communicated, time of arrival, etc. also clearly communicated. Furniture looks good. Some spots were unable to be removed but that was not the fault of the system.

The technician, John, did a fabulous job. He went the extra mile to ensure excellent results. He was fully engaged while performing his work. He was also very courteous and kind. He did a couple of demos of products used to extend the life of your carpet which we purchased. I can't say enough positive things about this experience. He wanted to do an excellent job and make us happy. John is the type of employee we all dream of having on our team. He represents Zerorez and their products in a professional and knowledgeable manner. We greatly appreciate John's hard work and Zerorez customer service policies. It's good to know Zerorez is truly concerned with regards to customer satisfaction. Other companies forget about customer service as soon as they are paid. NOT Zerorez. No residue is SO IMPORTANT, but your reps are the BEST ever in a carpet cleaning service. Always really warm & friendly & they don't break things like all the others.
