The technician, Fradique Cruz, was very helpful in problem solving. He was courteous and professional. I was under a time crunch to pick up my daughter and he really was efficient in helping to meet my schedule.

Tech was friendly and did a great job. It was a vacant property he cleaned the carpet quite well. Locked up and called me upon his leaving to let me know he was done. Tye (spelling?) took my calls and when it was being set up and did a great job too!

You do not use strong chemicals and the carpets look washed and clean. You have 2 hour windows and you are reliable your employees speak well
