Great job of cleaning & very nice person. However, I probably would not use your co. again when you ask well in advance if I wanted morning or afternoon appt. & then you " cannot keep the appt"!!!! Jennifer who took my call was extremely helpful, and found the best deal for my home. The technician arrived on site and we determined that treating for pet damage was the optimal choice with the standard cleaning. The whole process took about an hour for my 5 room home. The best part was coming back home 2 hours later and the floors were completely dry! I won't lie, it wasn't super cheap , but the results were great and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
