Excellent customer service with polite employees. Easy to make appointments and to re-schedule if needed. Our carpets look so much better. The person who took care of us was honest about the pet stains and related the likelihood of them NOT coming out, even with treatment. He did not try and sell me extra services, just wanted to give the best clean for us.

I like that it's a healthier way to clean carpets. Plus the guy who did the cleaning was very professional and explained everything very clearly before he started. We had a lot of pet stains and he was able to get many of them out. We should probably be getting the carpets cleaned more regularly so that it doesn't get as bad as it was before you guys came out and cleaned them.

I do like there's no chemicals "pushed into" the carpet, only a spray pre treat that comes right off when it's suctioned. My carpets are 10y/o and look like they've been thru a lot, and now with an 18mo living w/us, they get a workout.
Very courteous employees and honored a 3 y/o promise to clean for free. I only wish the high traffic area would have come out cleaner but I think the age of the carpet has a lot to do with it and it may just need replacement.

I had a great first experience with Zerorez. I was worried having a late afternoon appointment, thinking that the technician would be exhausted and would just want to hurry through his last appointment of the day. Boy, was I wrong. Adrian was full of energy, took his time, was very informative about my stains and problems areas. He was pleasant and knowledgeable and my carpets look great. The price was what I was originally quoted. I will recommend to others in my neighborhood and at work.
