They are green, so there was no harsh chemicals used in the carpets. Perfect for our baby's room! Carpets came out very clean and look wonderful

I have to say that we were disappointed with the outcome of the carpet cleaning service that we received. We have an older cat that had diarrhea on the living room carpet while we were out of town. We called your company because I have heard your radio ads and your website says that you have a “specialized method” of removing difficult pet odors through a pad extraction procedure. We paid additional fees to have the affected area deep cleaned. The carpet smelled fine at first after the cleaning. However, after it dried the odor persisted and became so bad that we could not stay in the living room. I had to cover the area with a large piece of plastic sheathing because the odor was horrible throughout the entire downstairs. The carpet was cleaned on Wednesday the 6th. Mary called the next morning to ask if the technician could come back only to be told that he could not get back by until the next Tuesday. . . 6 days later, which I feel is unacceptable. She asked if another technician could come back sooner, but was told that it had to be the original tech. The cleaning that was performed on the following Tuesday did not help at all, so we still have the plastic on the floor. We’re probably going to have to replace the carpet, but not until the cat passes. So I guess we’ll buy a decorative rug to cover the plastic sheathing for the time being. In retrospect, I think I just should have sprayed 409 on the carpet and used my Bissell carpet cleaner. I wanted to respond to your email because I own a service business and I always want feedback on the services that I provide my customers. . both good and bad. By the way, our technician – Eric – was very courteous and professional.

Having Adrian come to clean our stairs was a wonderful experience. He was patient and thorough getting every trouble spot on the staircase. He wanted us to be completely satisfied with the job and said if there as any residual pet odor, to call him and he would come back and retreat the problem. After the stairs were completely dry, we still noticed pet odors coming from a few areas of the stairs. Adrian came back the same week and retreated with a different product and cleaning method. Problem solved! He was courteous and a pleasure to work with.

The last service member who did my carpet at 3509 Mechanicsville run lane, Raleigh, NC 27610 was very professional and knowledgeable.
