With the cats around it’s nice that you don’t use any detergents. Another company we used years ago gave a couple of the cats a bad respiratory reaction. We have used your company ever since. Also, when you get rid of a stain it stays gone. With the others it tended to reappear weeks later.

The product does not contain a lot of chemicals and are safe for children. I have a 2 year old granddaughter. My technician, Mr. Jamie Hawkins, was very professional, pleasant, explained everything to me, and did a fantastic job on my carpets!!! The nice smell, environmentally friendly products, the scotch guard and quick service were all good. The technician was professional and friendly. My carpet looks and smells much better but not like new. Perhaps Zerorez should come up with a product to treat and clean carpet previously stained by self-cleaning and soap residue.

Technicians are knowledgeable and friendly; like the empowered water better than soap, seems a lot cleaner & fresher!

The citrus scent of the pretreatment is wonderful, and stale odors are gone. I love the idea of no shampoo and chemicals making the carpets "crunchy"
