Jamie was so courteous and friendly it was a pleasure to have him in our home. He did the job quickly but thoroughly. The carpet dried within about 4 hours and looks amazing, with no smell or residue left behind, just clean! Exactly what I wanted.

The service rep that did our carpet was awesome in explaining other products that could help improve our carpet. The smell from our carpet afterwards has made a huge difference. I was so impressed went and purchased plastic runners to control the dirt from shoes coming into our home. There were dark grey spots in the carpet from previous tenants and the service rep did a fantastic job with cleaning. We barely can see the spots now.

It was so easy and quick to get an appointment. Jamie did such a great job! He was friendly, professional, and made sure everything looked great!
