We are very happy from our initial contact via phone thru billing and everything in between. We got an accurate explanation by your customer rep of the process, the cost and the scheduling . All were right on. The technician called to let us know when he would arrive and had a prompt arrival. After confirming the rooms and footage to be shampooed he was careful with the hoses to avoid any damage from over-spray and hose abrasion. The carpet turned out very clean, in spite of the fact we had to walk on it while still very damp to get from one area of the house to another. The carpet looks and feels new. This is the first time in 12 years that the carpet area has been shampooed. Thanks for a job well done. Your representatives we were in touch with were pleasant and professional. We enjoyed the experience.

The cleaning process the company uses is very effective. Our carpet had red clay stains from puppy paws and other misc markings that came completely out. Both times I've used your services, I've been amazed at how well the carpet cleaning turns out. And, your service representatives are polite and professional.
