It is very clear and precise. When the product has been placed on the carpets, tile etc it is evident it works.

Ray removed blood, pen, marker, play dough and 2 year old smashed blue berries from our carpet yesterday. He was polite professional and friendly.

Adrian went above and beyond with his customer service! His primary concern was that we were happy with the results (we were ecstatic!). One room was very badly stained, and after he cleaned it, there was no trace of it! Would highly recommend Zerorez and Adrian.
